Smart infrared camera

Our EOS-TVC range of intelligent dual-sensor infrared camera systems was designed and developed from:

  1. The latest generation of uncooled infrared technology and high-definition visible imaging technology, designed to ensure long-range surveillance day and night.

  2. Infrared thermal imaging uses a 17-micron uncooled focal plane imaging detector with ultra-fine resolution, high sensitivity, and a resolution of 640*512 or 384*288, along with a miniaturized infrared lens designed using AS+DOE continuous zoom optical technology.

  3. Advanced digital circuits and image-processing algorithms deliver images that are sharp and smooth;

  4. The low-light CMOS sensor in dual-color Full HD and black-and-white mode, combined with a compact long-focal-length zoom lens, significantly reduces the size and weight of the visible camera, providing users with great convenience during installation and operation.

  5. With a 360-degree omnidirectional pan-tilt system, the search and observation distance reaches 4,000 m to 18,000 m.

  6. The internal industrial onboard electronic control system ensures highly stable camera control during zoom, focusing, mode switching, and rotation (tilt/pan) of the Pan-Tilt system.

  7. The housing is made of ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy to achieve IP66 protection, ensuring longer and more stable camera operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Smart algorithm

This camera series is equipped with a built-in intelligent hotspot detection algorithm, capable of automatically detecting flames, vehicles, people, and other heat-source targets at long range; it can detect a fire source with an alert display within a 6,000 m radius. With the dedicated FR4000 software on the fire alert platform, it provides automatic control scanning, automatic emergency information processing, automatic recording, automatic calculation and calibration of fire location, virtual zone management, GIS map information display, access to weather data, hierarchical management, dynamic fire situation evolution, rescue strategy, and other functions. This camera is suitable for forest fire prevention, monitoring of grasslands, coal mines, large grain silos, and other long-range automatic monitoring applications for early fire warning.
